One of the biggest problems I encounter on a regular basis with products and support is knowing when a product
is about to go end of life, EOL in regards to support or software add-ons. McAfee products are no exception
to this case, but definitely not limited only to them!
Today I got notified about a new service that McAfee is providing to help in this area, at least for corporate customers.
They just put in place a Support Notification Service (SNS) to deliver product-critical information via email. As a user of any of these products,
you would need to sign up for it to get it.

* Proactive product updates, EOLs, threat notices, and critical alerts
* Unlimited number of contacts per company
* Choose the product categories of interest
* Easy opt-in process
